Our Signature Programs
At Metro Prep, students can pursue their passions through distinctive academic programs that expand learning beyond the classroom:
- GENIUS Program – Toronto’s only high school biotechnology and genetics program. Students work hands-on in a professional-grade biotech lab, analyzing DNA and molecular biology using real scientific techniques.
- SMITH Program – The School of Music, Integrated Arts, Theatre & Humanities is an interdisciplinary program where creativity, performance, and critical analysis meet to inspire confident, expressive thinkers.
- IMPACT Program – A social innovation and entrepreneurship pathway that challenges students to develop leadership skills through design thinking, business principles, and purpose-driven projects.
- MOMENTUM Program – Our foundational program for Grades 7-8, designed to establish strong academic habits, intellectual independence, and self-assurance as students prepare for secondary studies and the IB Diploma Programme.
- VENTURE Program – Students explore entrepreneurship, global trade, and innovation through real-world learning experiences.
