On September 19, 2026, MetroPrep held its Student Council Elections, with candidates running for Grade Representative, Treasurer, Vice President, and President.

Each candidate delivered a campaign speech to their peers and staff, outlining why they wanted the role and what they hoped to accomplish. Speeches were followed by a round of unscripted, rapid-fire questions, posed in front of the same students they were asking to vote for them. It gave candidates a chance to think on their feet and connect with their audience in a more spontaneous way.

A special congratulations goes to Sepehr, who was elected Student Council President for the 2025-2026 academic year. We look forward to seeing the new Student Council bring their vision to life and wish all elected representatives a successful year ahead. Well done to everyone who put themselves forward and participated!
