As the winter sports season approaches, the MetroPrep Lions have been keeping busy competing across a variety of school sports. Most recently, both our Elementary and U20 flag football teams took the field, giving our student-athletes a great opportunity to test their skills and represent the school.

Young Lions Make Their Mark

Our Elementary flag football team brought plenty of energy and enthusiasm to every matchup. Grade 7 athletes Kai and Jace delivered standout performances, showing off their speed and charisma on the field while displaying great character and leadership throughout each game.

U20 Lions Lead the Charge

Our U20 flag football squad also put together a strong showing on offence, led by Aaron Vernon and quarterback Jae Paeng. Working together as an essential duo, the pair drove the Lions forward throughout the tournament and led the team in points.

Although neither team brought home a championship banner this time around, our athletes competed with heart, teamwork, and sportsmanship from start to finish. Congratulations to all our players for their hard work and dedication on the field.

Well done, Lions!
